By accessing and using TracePics ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

TracePics is a B2B SaaS application that converts client photos into high-quality coloring pages for professional child photographers. The service uses AI-powered image processing to transform photographs into line art suitable for coloring books.

3. User Accounts and Eligibility

To use TracePics, you must be a professional photographer or photography business. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

4. Credit System and Billing

TracePics operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when images are processed. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, except as required by applicable law.

• Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase
• Unused credits cannot be transferred between accounts
• Processing failures will not consume credits

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use TracePics only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Upload content that infringes on third-party rights
• Upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology
• Use the service for any illegal activities
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to the original images you upload. By using our service, you grant TracePics a limited license to process your images for the purpose of providing the conversion service. Generated coloring pages are owned by you, subject to your rights in the original images.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

For security and privacy reasons:

• Original uploaded images are automatically deleted after 48 hours
• Generated coloring pages are stored for 90 days for re-download purposes
• You may request immediate deletion of your content at any time

8. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.5% uptime, TracePics is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

TracePics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued, and any remaining credits will be forfeited unless prohibited by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
